The petitioner was appointed as a Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds on 03.12.1999. His grievance is that his service is not yet regularised, even after sixteen years of service. In this regard, he submitted a representation, dated 10.10.2013, to the respondents.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.10.2013, with regard to regularisation of service of the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
