ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, both sides learned counsels submitted that, having argued the case before three different judges, filed 1/4

written arguments, and endured the litigation for a period of more than six years, the final orders had yet to be passed by the learned Principal Sub Court Kancheepuram. The counsel requested an expedited decision from the court due to the extensive time already spent on the case. Further, each day delay only adds up to the interest entitlement and ultimately the government is made to suffer.

2. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The learned Principal Sub Court Kancheepuram, is directed to dispose the LAOP.No.38/2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
