ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to pay the amount to the petitioner as per the order of this Court dated 13.07.2016 in WMP Nos.16900, 19208, 19209 & 17104 of 2016 i n W.P.No.16063 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel appearing for the petitioner and the 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner has also filed a Contempt Petition before this Court and the same has been referred to Mediation and in the Mediation, the issues resolved between the parties and the amount has been paid to the petitioner, and no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
