O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to consider the representation given by the petitioner to the 1st and 2nd respondents, on 03.07.2018, within a reasonable time.

2. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner to the Inspector General of Police, an enquiry in e/f/vz;/33/T/fh/f//j/,/fh/kh//2018 is being conducted by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram District, which could be seen from the summon dated 05.06.2018.

3. In view of the above, the Additional Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram District, the 2nd respondent herein, is directed to complete the enquiry, if not already completed, and intimate the result to the petitioner within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided, the petitioner co-operates with the 2nd respondent police, by producing necessary evidence.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
