Crl.M.P.No.7204 of 2024 Crl.A.No.1064 of 2022 VIVEK KUMAR SINGH , J.

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.14272 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.1064 of 2022 vide order dated 14.09.2022, to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m. for a period of six months.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the elder daughter of the petitioner who is living in Canada is pregnant and delivery date has been fixed by the Doctor. Since the petitioner and his wife wants to go to Canada and stay along with her daughter to take care, he finds it difficult to appear before the trial Court. Therefore, he prayed to relax the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
