2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the owner of the suit schedule property and that the respondents claim rights over the suit schedule property so as to access the respondents property.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that a fence has been erected and that, therefore, the respondents are unable to access the said property. The said submission is recorded. He further submits that the status quo, namely, that the respondents Page No.1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
