respondent to pass orders on the proposal forwarded by the petitioner school, dated 23.07.2014, for granting prior approval of the punishment imposed on the fourth respondent, as required under Rule 17 (1) of Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulations) Rules, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to pass orders on the proposal forwarded by the petitioner school, dated 23.07.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a priod of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
