(CR.NO.70/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 16.04.2021 made in Crl.OP.No.7092 of 2021 that subject to the condition that the (b) petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.K.SYED ELIYAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7092 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of IPC, in Crime No.70 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered.
