3. The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.2401 of 2015 for an offence under Section 75 of City Police Act. It is seen that as a counter blast, the petitioner has given representation dated 29.07.2015 to all the higher officers. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the Police to register an F.I.R., In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
