Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the salary of the petitioner and pay arrears of yearly increment every year from the month of January every year instead of April every year with effect

from 01.01.2013 (three months every year) till 31.03.2025 together with interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum to the petitioner pursuant to her representation dated 04.03.2025.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to examine the representation given by the petitioner on 04.03.2025 relating to the increment which has to be paid and not paid to the petitioner on and from 01.01.2013 till 31.03.2025. 2.The petitioner had given the representation on 04.02.2025 and that had been replied by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.C/ep-fp/k-799859051/2025 dated 06.03.2025, stating that opinion will have to be received from the 1st and 2nd respondents regarding eligibility of the petitioner.

3.A direction is given that the 1st and 2nd respondents may examine the communication issued by the 4th respondent and take an appropriate decision within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
