3. Today, Mr.A.Sundaramurthy, SSI, Palladam Police Station is present.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.2009 of 2011 was completed and charge sheet was filed in CC.No.202 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Palladam and the accused were acquitted on 09.03.2016.

Recording the same, this petition is closed as having become infructous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
