O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.06.2019 for the offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C. @ Section 302 IPC @ 147, 148 and 302 IPC r/w 201 IPC. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that this Court taking into consideration of the fact that there are 10 previous cases of serious nature and finding that if bail is granted to the petitioner, he may not be available for the committal proceedings, had dismissed his bail petition very recently on 21.07.2020. He would further submit that there is no change of circumstances and accordingly prays for dismissal of this petition.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be issued to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to commit the case at the earliest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore to complete the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.136 of 2019 in Crime No.910 of 2018 at the earliest i.e. Preferably within a period of three months from the date of lifting of lock down.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
