This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police twice a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.18385 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police twice every month i.e. 1st and 15th working day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of Eight (8) months.
