ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Perused the memo dated 17.09.2025 of the Presiding Officer of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore seeking further extension of time for the reasons stated therein.

2. After hearing learned counsel for parties and going through memo, we are inclined to grant further time of two months with effect from 17.09.2025, as prayed for.
