Appeal No.534/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.V.SRIDHARAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.V.SARATHA DEVI Government Advocate[crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- After hearing both parties and also taking note of the fact that already the trial Court has suspended the sentence and on the date of admission of this Criminal Appeal, the suspension of sentence was granted by this Court till today (i.e.,20.09.2018) and upon hearing the learned counsel for both sides and on perusing the affidavit of the petitioner/accused and the counter filed by the respondent-police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
