CRIME NO.9/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court Crl.OP.No.9142/2021 dated 13.05.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9142 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 of IPC and Sections 5(1) r/w 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012, in Crime No.9 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered.
