This petition is filed to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the writ appeal against the order in W.P.No.24929 of 2019, dated 08.01.2020.

2.Mr.N.Ishak, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2/writ petitioners.

3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-3.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and the list the same for admission.
