The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the third respondent's order vide Na.Ka.No.9019/2018/A1 dated 18.03.2019 and Na.Ka.No.9019/2019/A1 dated 05.04.2019 and quash the same consequently directing the respondents to take action against the erred Trustees and protect the Temple properties of Arulmigu Arkeeswarar Thirukoil, Pammal, Chennai - 600 075 by appointing the Executive Officer.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that vide impugned orders, the petitioner was directed to operate the account of the Temple jointly with the fourth respondent, however, during the pendancy of this writ petition, the order was cancelled on 11.06.2019 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) submitted that subsequently, the petitioner was removed from the post of Hereditary Trustee and Fit Person was appointed.

4.Recording the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
