This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14633 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10126 of 2021, dated 26.10.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14633 of in Crl.O.P.No.10126 of 2021, dated 26.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a two months and also appear as and when required by the respondent police for interrogation.
