The petitioner is working as a Food Inspector /Food Safety Officer from 22.03.2011 in Pollachi Municipality. He has made a representation on 09.10.2015 requesting the respondent to transfer the petitioner to Code No.553 Division, where there is a vacancy. But the said representation was not considered till date. Hence, he came forward to file the present writ petition.
