(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This writ petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus. It is seen that the District Collector has already passed an order on 29.04.2022. It is for the petitioner to question the said order by filing an appeal before the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, under Rule 9A of the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (in Shops and Bars) Rules, 2003. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
