This Petition has been filed to modify the bail condition that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of 3 months instead of the petitioner shall stay at Salem District and sign before the Hasthampatti Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of 3 months in Crl.O.P.No.6339 of 2024 order dated 03.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Dindivanam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
