(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.8108 of 2020 order dated 05.06.2020 in Crime No.443 of 2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to the lockdown the petitioners were unable to appear before the lower Court.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
