No. 92/89 B1, dated 29.10.1991 is abated in view of Section 4 of the Repeal Act, since the physical possession of the Agriculture land comprised in Survey No.74/2 an extent of 0.52 Acres situated at Puthagaram Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District is with the petitioner. ORDER
