2. This Court passed an order on 22.07.2015 directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law after putting on notice to the fourth respondent and pass orders within a period of four weeks.

3. The order was passed by this Court on 22.07.2015 and after 7 1⁄2 years were gone, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that she has no instructions from the petitioner regarding the action taken by the third respondent pursuant to the orders of this Court. Since the counsel is unable to provide the present status of the case, no further orders are required.
