This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.164 of 2018 from the file of the second respondent Police to the CBCID or any other investigating agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, states that the investigation has already been completed in Crime No. 164 of 2018, which was registered for the offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the offence was altered to Section 304(ii) of IPC, and a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Tirupathur District.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
