ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 25.11.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for correction in the UDR patta with respect to the extent of property which has been wrongly mentioned as two acres instead of 3 acres.

Heard Mrs.R.Poornima, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 25.11.2024, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
