O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harrass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a complaint lodged by one Damodaran that his daughter Keerthiga aged about 24 years went missing, the respondent police have registered a case of girl missing on 03.09.2015 and enquiry is in progress. In the complaint given by Damodaran, he has referred to the name of the petitioner, saying that the said Keerthiga was working under him as Assistant Director. However, the police have not shown this petitioner as an accused.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for tracing the said Keerthiga and during the enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
