ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful, wanton and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 06.07.2017 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.12374 of 2017. M.S.RAMESH.J., jbm 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 06.07.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.224 of 2018. 3.I am of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the earlier order of this Court dated 06.07.2017.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
