(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 414 days & 423 days in filing the above writ appeals.

2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner.

3. Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent in both cases and he has no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeals and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
