ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to forbear the 3rd Respondent and their men from in any manner interfering with the lawful business activities of the Petitioner's wellness center, namely M/s.Happy Feet Wellness Hub, situated at 1st Floor Vignesh Ultra Tech Building No.782,, No.2/72, Min Nagar, Four Road, Kavulpalayam, Ariyalur Main Road, Perambalur District -621 220, except under the due process of law and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2026 and to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for running the said wellness center within the time fixed by this Court.

A perusal of the representation of the petitioner, it is seen that the petitioner is running a wellness center for physical relaxation and therapeutic service The shop is being run in accordance with law. The petitioner had been paying all taxes and all statutory requirements are being complied with. The petitioner has given a representation dated 07.03.2026 to the respondents seeking issuance of No Objection Certificate. However, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, he was called for enquiry along with supporting documents. However, the petitioner has not appeared before the first respondent along with all the documents.
4. Considering the submissions on either side, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 27.04.2026 along with all the documents and the third respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and take proper decision and issue no objection certificate to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
