O R D E R
(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conference". 2.The Petitioner has sought for protection of her daughter who has been married to third respondent.

3.When the matter is called today, the petitioner and the detenue are produced before this Court through Video Conference by the Inspector of Police, Neelankarai Police Station. The detenue submitted that she is working in M.M.M. Hospital at Mogappair and now she has joined her mother who is the petitioner. She has also submitted that there is an issue between her and her husband and she said that she will sort out the said issue later.
4.Though Mr.Raja Mohammed, learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that a learned Counsel may be appointed for Mediation to sort out the dispute between the detenue and the third respondent, the detenue submitted that she has not decided about that and she, herself, will sort out the problem later.
5.In view of the above categorical statement made by the detenue, it is evident that there is no illegal custody of the detenue by anybody including the third and fourth respondents.
