The This revision is preferred against the dismissal of an application moved by the petitioner under Section 451 r/w 457 Cr.P.C., seeking return of a vehicle allegedly belonging to her.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the vehicle was seized in connection with a prohibition case and confiscation proceedings therein stand completed.

3. In the above circumstances, this petition would stand dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the confiscation proceedings and by recourse to such measures as available to her in law.
