ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered against the petitioner in Crime No.439 of 2018 on the file of the respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the FIR has been registered under the provision of 36 (A) MMDR rules since the petitioner was transporting river sand in a Bullock Cart without any proper licence or permission. Immediately, after registration of FIR, he admitted his guilt and also paid fine amount before the Revenue Divisional Officer on 01.09.2018 itself.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has virtually become infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
