The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by the deceased Mr.K.Javerchand who died on 04.02.2016 leaving behind the petitioners viz., his wife and children as his legal heirs.

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay 2.The 2nd petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificate of the said Mr.K.Javerchand as Ex.P.1. The Legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P.5. From the legal heirship certificate, it is seen that the petitioners are the legal heirs of the deceased Mr.K.Javerchand. A publication has been effected on 03.10.2018 and no objections have been received. 3.Considering the evidence of PW1, this application is allowed. Succession certificate is directed to be issued to the petitioners with power to collect the securities and to receive the interests and dividends and to negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule hereto.
