O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police to file a final report on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against one Jothiprakash on the allegation of land grabbing.

2. Though very many allegations are raised in the affidavit seeking the relief to direct the respondent police to file a final report and give police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11937/2015 as against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

one Jothiprakash, at the time of making submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice, if a direction is given to the respondent police to file a final report.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, only C.S.R.No.83/2015 was assigned and a counter complaint was also received and the same was assigned as C.S.R.No.91/2015 and both the complaints were enquired into and subsequently,the said complaints were closed. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed, since the prayer has become infructuous, as on date. The respondent police is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner.
