This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 159 days in filing the above appeal.

Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr.V.Sakkarapani, learned counsel, accept notice for the respondents 1 and 3 respectively and submit that they have no objection in condoning the delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
