ORDER

The learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore has requested for extension of time to dispose of the Commercial Suit No.13 of 2023, which is now pending as OS.No.1030 of 2025.

2. The learned Judge has stated that the trial has already commenced. Three witnesses have been examined on the side of the plaintiff and one more

witness on the side of the plaintiff (PW4) is in the witness box. Further on the side of the defendants, two witnesses have to be examined hereafter.
