This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the CMA the judgment and decree passed in M.C.O.P.No.86 of 2016 on 26.06.2019 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Thittakudi, pending disposal of the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.Notice sent to respondents 1, 2, 4 & 5 has been served and their names have been printed in the cause list. Notice that was sent to 3rd respondent has been returned. The 3rd respondent filed the claim petition along with other respondents and hence, the interest of the 3rd respondent will be safeguarded by the other respondents. Notice to 3rd respondent is dispensed with.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 16 days is condoned.
