This petition is filed to condone the delay of 392 days in paying the Deficit Court Fee of Rs.7000/- in CMA as against the award dated 30.07.2018 and made in MACT.OP.No.266 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 392 days in paying the Deficit Court Fee of Rs.7000/- is condoned and the petition is accordingly, allowed.
