This petition is filed to condone the delay of 374 days in representing the C.M.A as against the award dated 30.07.2018 and made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.266 of 2017.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
