The relief sought in the present writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to effect correction in the data base of the 1st respondent relating to the petitioner's said property.

2.The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, furnished the copy of the letter sent by the Sub Registrar, Adyar, dated 20.07.2023 stating that the grievances of the writ petitioner has already been readdressed and the copy of the Encumbrance Certificate has also been submitted.

3.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
