2. Vide, order, dated 23/6/2022, this Court had passed the following order:- "The petitioner shall appear before K 8, Arumbakkam Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner is strictly abiding the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is abiding the condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 23/6/2022.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner on 23/6/2022, is relaxed in toto. 4/8/2022 mvs.
