Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the Commissioner, Kangeyam Municipality Kangeyam, the first respondent herein made in (i) Na.Ka.No.859/2013/A1 dated 10.7.2013, (ii) Na.Ka.No.1591/2013/C-1 dated 10.12.2013 (iii) Na.Ka. No.1764/ 2013/C1 dated 3.1.2014, quash the same and direct the first respondent herein to promote the petitioner to the post of Record Clerk with effect from the date of promotion of the second respondent namely 10.7.2013 if necessary by relaxing the rules with all all consequential service, attendant monetary benefits and disburse all the arrears. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sheik Thanveer for Mr.K.Rajkumar.
