OP No.647 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioner seeks Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Late V.Srinivasan, who died intestate on 24.05.2016. The parents of the deceased V.Srinivasan, namely R.V.Rao and Mrs.V.Savithri died on 27.12.2002 and 26.05.2012 respectively. Wife of the deceased V.Srinivasan, Shanthi Srinivasan predeceased him on 12.06.2012. The petitioner is the only daughter of the deceased V.Srinivasan.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased V.Srinivasan, as Ex.P3. The legal heirship certificate of the deceased V.Srinivasan, as Ex.P4. The death certificate of wife Shanthi Srinivasan of the deceased V.Srinivasan, has been produced as Ex.P1 and the legl heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P2. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 05.04.2019 jv http://www.judis.nic.in
