O R D E R

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition of this Hon'ble Court passed in Crl.O.P.No. 10293 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had directed him to furnish sureties on or before 09.08.2020. Since the Court is not re-opened, the petitioner is unable to furnish securities.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted to surrender is extended and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court within two weeks from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, failing which, the bail shall stand automatically dismissed.

5. The petitioner shall appears before the respondent police once in 15 days ie., alternate Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.
