ORDER

By this petition, the intending appellant seeks the condonation of the delay of 17 days in filing the appeal.

3. In spite of service of notice on the respondent on 17.04.2025 and 21.04.2025, respectively, the respondent remains unrepresented.

4. Upon considering the reasons set out in the petition and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, this petition is allowed by condoning the delay. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order.
