Street, [Old No.30, Vathiyar Subbaraya Mudaliar Street], as per Property Tax Receipt Door No.10 [23A], Soundareswarar Koil Street, West Saidapet, Chennai - 15, comprised in T.S.No.12, New T.S.No.47, Block No.26, Saidapet, Village, formerly Mambalam Guindy Taluk now Mambalam Taluk, Chennai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2023 within a time period to be fixed by this Court.

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed to direct the fifth respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for 1480.62 sq.ft. of land situated at Soundareswarar Kovil Street, being rear portion of Door No.32, V.S.Mudali Street, [Old No.30, Vathiyar Subbaraya Mudaliar Street], as per Property Tax Receipt Door No.10 [23A], Soundareswarar Koil Street, West Saidapet, Chennai - 15 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2023 within the period to be fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the subject property by a sale deed dated 26.04.2023 and all the revenue records stand in the name of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has submitted a representation dated 22.12.2023 to the respondents seeking issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, the same was not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2023 and pass Orders on the same for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 3/5
