This application is filed seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court under order dated 08.02.2024.

We have gone through the reasons given in the accompanying affidavit.

For the reasons given in the accompanying affidavit, the present application stands allowed and is disposed of with the condition that the demand draft for the said amount would be deposited by tomorrow, i.e., 30.04.2024.
