This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to file a Final Report in FIR No.633 of 2018. 2.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the Sub Inspector of Police, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station, Ambattur District has registered a case in Crime No.633 of 2018 on 02.06.2018, under Section 406, 420, 421 and 422 IPC. While so, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the complaint and the fact that the FIR has been registered only on 02.06.2018, this Court cannot issue a direction to the Police to complete the investigation with in a time bound manner. However, the Sub Inspector of Police, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station are directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.633 of 2018 expeditiously and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant, provided there is no any legal impediment.
